About me
Star whilst a new-comer to the real estate industry in just her second year out of high school has a maturity beyond her years and has taken this fast-paced, performance driven environment in her stride. Being exposed to the industry via her successful older brother and his partner in life and real estate, Star was doing everything from helping to tidy up homes before open houses and helping deliver pamphlets from a very tender age. This meant Star had front-row seats to our industry which inspired her to fast track her own real estate career and obtain her real estate salespersons license even before she graduated from high school.
Excelling in sports during her schooling years and playing basketball at an elite level, the preparation for and competing at such levels has given her life-long skills, especially around leadership and work ethic that are highly transferable in the business arena.
Since joining Damien Keyes’ team, the learning curve has been steep and fast however Star has relished the challenge and is already becoming a valuable member of the team in her time working directly alongside Damien. By working beside a high-performing agent so early in her career, Star has done everything from tackling all aspects of project management of listings to get them ready for sale, conducting private buyer inspections and open homes independently and taking offers on properties, attending building and pest inspections, and coordinating valuations.
Star also provides behind-the-scenes support for Damien helping him deliver on his promise to his clients as well as providing support and customer service directly to Damien’s vendors and purchasers through the sales process and has already been receiving great feedback directly from the clients which is proof that Star has found her calling and we are excited to be a part of her growth in this dynamic and challenging industry.
